Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All of our items are bespoke and we take great care in making them. Please allow a turnaround time of 2 weeks to prepare your goods before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email of your order automatically after purchase and another email to confirm tracking information once it has been shipped.
If you need your item by a specific date or before a trip, we can rush process your order for an additional $35 fee.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
All domestic orders ship FedEx with tracking. We will begin shipping internationally starting January 2016. International orders ship FedEx International with tracking. Expedited services are available but will require an additional fee. International expedited fee will vary from country to country. Please send an email before placing an order with any special shipping requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
Taxes and duties are required for shipments outside of the United States, the customs office (or other authorities) in the sending and/or destination country may separately apply import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. Customers are solely responsible for payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges.
Returns & Exchanges
We strive to make goods of the highest quality and know that you will use and love for many years. If you are not satisfied with your Trillo & Son goods, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of item arrival.
Return and exchanges are only for customers in the U.S. INTERNATIONAL orders are FINAL, except in case of defects.
All items returned for refund or exchange must be in new, unused condition with original label and tags. Damaged, soiled, or altered items are not accepted and will be returned to customer.
